1. Who We Are
LetterGo AI is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy, processed in connection with the Service.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, company), the newsletter content and topics you create, the contacts you upload to send newsletters to, and usage data (such as credit consumption and generation history).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, process payments, generate AI content on your behalf, deliver newsletters to your subscribers, and communicate with you about your account. Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you and, where applicable, your consent.
4. Data Sharing With Third Parties
We share data with the providers necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and third-party AI model providers (to generate content from the topics and text you submit). We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside Brazil. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required under the LGPD for international transfers.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD
You have the right to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port, or delete your personal data, and to revoke consent at any time. You may exercise these rights from Settings or by contacting us, and you may also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Security Measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
