Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LetterGo AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
LetterGo AI helps you generate, edit, and send newsletters using AI. Usage is metered through a credit system: generating content, rewriting text, and similar AI actions consume credits from your plan or trial balance.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by the Service is produced by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended phrasing. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending it to your subscribers.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Credits
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Credits reset or are granted according to your plan and generally do not roll over or get refunded once used, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
You may only send newsletters to recipients who have given you a lawful basis to contact them (e.g. opted in). Purchased contact lists, unsolicited bulk email, and any activity that damages our sender reputation or violates anti-spam law (including Brazil's LGPD and applicable CAN-SPAM/GDPR-equivalent rules) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
7. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and the contacts you upload. You grant LetterGo AI a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service, including sending it through our AI providers and email delivery partners.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and third-party AI model providers for content generation. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.
9. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetterGo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
